Bring us your laptop, desktop or Mac and within 24 to 48 hours we will tell you what is wrong with it, free of charge. You only pay once you have accepted the quote.

Component-level repair wherever it is possible, instead of replacing the whole board.

SSD upgrades, more memory, a clean installation of Windows or macOS.
Keyboards
Liquid damage, keys that stick or no longer respond, full keyboard replacement.
Overheating
Loud fans, sudden shutdowns, internal cleaning and fresh thermal paste.
Moving to a new computer
Transferring your files, email and settings from the old machine to the new one.

HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, MSI, Samsung, Toshiba, Sony, Fujitsu, Huawei, Microsoft Surface and Apple. If your brand is not on the list, ask us anyway — there is very little we do not open.
How it works
- Bring it in or ship it. The workshop is near Brignole station. If you are elsewhere, a courier can bring it to us.
- Free diagnosis within 24 to 48 hours. We find out what is actually wrong before quoting anything.
- You receive a quote. No obligation. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.
- We carry out the repair, with a three-month warranty.
- You collect it, or we ship it back to you.
Warranty and what it costs
Every repair carries a three-month warranty. The diagnosis is free and you always get a quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises on collection.
If a repair turns out not to be worth the money, we will tell you. On an older machine it is sometimes more sensible to move your data across to a new one, and we would rather say so than take on work that does not help you.
We can come to you
We offer on-site service in Genoa and in the Trebbia Valley: €70 for the first hour and €50 from the second hour onwards, VAT included, with the technician’s travel included in that price.
Anywhere else in Liguria and southern Piedmont we work by courier, with shipping at the customer’s expense in both directions, or you are welcome to come to the workshop yourself.
